At Bordelle, we strive for perfection in every piece; however, if your selection is not quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original packaging to maintain our high standards of quality and hygiene.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original luxury box and shipping container, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
